Electronic Dry Cabinet is specially designed with fully automatic humidity control to prevent moisture-related damage to electronic products. This humidity controlled cabinet is the optimal storage expert for moisture-sensitive electronic components, like BGA/PCB/IC/optical fibers. NetDry’s newly developed dry storage cabinets have greatly improved the dehumidifying speed, and run faster and more reliably than traditional dry cabinets. These drying cabinets can decrease the defective rate at the SMT production line. All NetDry manufactured drying cabinets comply with J-STD-033B standard.
Electronic components have strict requirements for humidity control. In the SMT manufacturing process, moisture is the killer of electronic components. The MSDs (such as PBGA, BGA, IC, or TQFD) may crack due to moisture immersion and improper storage, resulting in ineffective soldering.
NetDry electronic dry cabinets provide low-humidity storage environments and comply with industry standards J-STD-033. Instead of high-temperature baking, the auto-dry cabinets can dehumidify during the storing period, this can remove moisture, thereby eliminating damage during reflow.

NetDry Electronic dry cabinet, dry storage cabinet, or auto dry cabinet adopts 5A molecular sieve, which is the latest dehumidifying technology. The whole dehumidifying system is controlled by a microcomputer. When the interior humidity is high, it begins to absorb moisture; when the humidity reaches the set point, it stops absorbing water and discharges water to the outside. This cycle is repeated and automatically controlled.
This chart shows, in the ambient 25 degree C, humidity 50%RH, open door 30 seconds and then close, the humidity can recover to the set point within 30 minutes.
