Low humidity storage dry cabinets are specially designed with fully automatic humidity control functions to prevent electronic products from being damaged by moisture. This humidity control cabinet is the best storage solution for humidity-sensitive electronic components such as BGA/PCB/IC/fiber optics. NetDry’s newly developed dry storage cabinet greatly improves dehumidifying speed and operates faster and more reliably than traditional drying cabinets. These drying cabinets can reduce the defective rate of SMT production lines. All our drying cabinets manufactured comply with J-STD-033B standards.

Electronic components have high requirements for humidity control. In SMT production, moisture is a possible killer of electronics manufacturing. MSDs such as PBGA, BGA, IC, or TQFD can encounter “popcorn” phenomena due to moisture and improper storage, resulting in microcracks, and ineffective soldering.

NetDry low-humidity storage dry cabinets provide humidity controlled environments and comply with industry standards J-STD-033. The automatic drying cabinet eliminates the need for high-temperature baking and can dehumidify and remove moisture during storage, thereby eliminating damage during the reflow soldering process.

How does NetDry electronic dry cabinet work?

NetDry low humidity storage dry cabinet, also known as dry storage cabinet, uses 5A molecular sieve, which is the latest dehumidifying technology. The entire dehumidifying system is controlled by a microcomputer. When the internal humidity is high, it starts to absorb moisture; when the humidity reaches the set value, it stops absorbing water and discharges water outside. This cycle repeats itself and is controlled automatically.

This chart shows in the ambient 25 degree C, humidity 50%RH, open door 30 seconds and then close, the humidity can recover to the set point within 30 minutes.
