Low humidity storage dry cabinets can maintain a low-humidity environment for sensitive items, such as electronics, documents, chemicals, or collectibles. These cabinets are equipped with dehumidification systems to control moisture levels, preventing damage caused by humidity.
Our dry storage solutions provide low and controlled humidity for your MSDs (moisture-sensitive devices), including PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards), 3D-printed polymers, nanofibers, and contact lenses.
For example, during the reflow process, trapped moisture can vaporize and expand rapidly. This expansion creates internal pressure that can lead to cracks or delamination in the component. This phenomenon is particularly concerning for surface-mounted devices (SMDs) and can compromise assembly reliability.
Using low humidity storage dry cabinets, manufacturers can significantly reduce the risk of moisture-related damage and enhance the overall reliability of their electronic products.

The low humidity storage dry cabinet creates and maintains a controlled, low-humidity environment for moisture-sensitive materials. The whole system is controlled by a microcomputer. If the humidity rises above the set value, the system activates the dehumidifying process, and vice versa. Meanwhile, the humidity sensor continuously monitors the internal environment.
Under ambient 25 degrees C, humidity 50%RH, open door 30 seconds and then close, the humidity will recover to <3%RH within 30 minutes, see the chart below:

The humidity-controlled cabinet is ideal for storing electronics. It can maintain stable humidity and temperature levels to protect against moisture-related damage.
The standard models use galvanized steel, and stainless steel dry cabinets use SS304.
Yes, the minimum adjustable height is 25MM.
Two years later, if there are manufacturing defects, we will recall the units for free.
Two years, if any defects after receipt, we will solve them within 24 hours, including spare parts sending, and online installation guidance, if the defects can’t be settled, we will recall the cabinets, and send a new unit for free.
