Dry Box Humidity Control are varied drying cabinets for sale, including industrial dry storage cabinets, nitrogen humidity-controlled storage cabinets, and N2 cabinets. These cabinets are more suitable for those who have high requirements for humidity recovery. We also have different RH ranges of desiccant storage cabinets for your selection.

Application

During the reflow process, trapped moisture can vaporize and expand rapidly. This expansion creates internal pressure that lead to cracks or delamination in the components. This phenomenon is particularly concerning for surface-mounted devices (SMDs) and compromise assembly reliability.

Working Principle

Dry Box Humidity Control uses the active dehumidifying system to maintain low RH levels, automatically adjusting to changes in humidity. This allows sensitive items to be stored safely and protected from moisture-related issues and electrostatic discharge (ESD).

The dehumidifying system is controlled by a microcomputer. When the internal humidity is high, it starts to absorb moisture; when the humidity reaches the set value, it stops absorbing water and discharges water outside. This process is automatic.

This chart shows, in the ambient 25 degree C, humidity 50%RH, open door 30 seconds and then close, the humidity can recover to the set point within 30 minutes.
